Terms of Service

The rules for using Settley Send to send or receive money — what we promise, what we don't, and what you're responsible for.

Last updated: June 24, 2026 · Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA

1. Acceptance of these terms

Settley Send is operated by Settley LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Settley," "we," "us"). By starting a conversation with our Telegram bot or opening a Settley Send payment page, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to send or receive funds to use Settley Send.

2. What Settley Send is

Settley Send lets a sender give an amount and a destination through natural-language chat, see an estimated local-currency amount, fund that amount in a supported stablecoin, and hand the receiver a claim code. The receiver opens the claim link and chooses how they want to be paid — currently bank payout (via our payout partner) or direct wallet transfer.

A transfer is not "done" the moment you pay. It's complete only once the payment is confirmed onchain, the receiver claims it, any required checks pass, and the payout provider settles the funds on the receiver's side.

3. Your Telegram identity, not an account

We don't run a separate login system. Your Telegram account is how we recognize you across a conversation. You're responsible for the security of your own Telegram account and any wallet you connect or send from — we can't recover funds lost because your device, wallet, or Telegram account was compromised.

4. How your funds are held

Once you pay a Settley Send payment link, your stablecoins are swept into a settlement wallet that Settley controls until the receiver's payout is executed. This means:

5. Claim codes are bearer instruments — protect them

Anyone who has a valid claim code can attempt to claim the funds it represents. We don't verify that the person claiming is the intended receiver beyond what the claim flow itself checks. Don't post a claim code publicly, and don't forward it to anyone you don't want to receive the money.

6. Fees and FX rates are estimates until settlement

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Settley Send for, or in connection with:

We may pause, reject, reverse, or report a transfer we reasonably believe violates this section, with or without notice, as described in our KYC/AML Policy.

8. Refunds, errors, and disputes

9. Service availability

Settley Send depends on third parties we don't control — blockchain networks, RPC providers, banking partners, and Telegram itself. We make a best effort to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not responsible for delays or failures caused by those third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

Settley Send is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settley LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds sent to the wrong claim code, loss caused by a compromised wallet or Telegram account, or delays caused by third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is violating these terms, applicable law, or our risk and compliance policies. You can stop using Settley Send at any time by simply not using the bot or payment pages.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or our legal obligations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

14. Contact

This page is product disclosure copy, not legal advice. Final production text should be reviewed by qualified counsel in each jurisdiction Settley Send operates in before being relied on as a binding contract.
