Terms of Service
Settley Send is operated by Settley LLC. It helps you send money to a person, then lets that person choose a supported payout method. A transfer is complete only after payment, claim, checks, and provider settlement are done.
- Do not use Settley Send for fraud, sanctions evasion, illegal goods, coercion, scams, or activity that breaks applicable law.
- We may pause, reject, review, reverse, or refund a transfer where required by law, provider rules, or risk controls.
- Final payout availability depends on supported countries, banks, mobile networks, wallets, partners, and compliance checks.
Privacy Policy
Settley LLC asks for the details needed to run Settley Send transfers, prevent fraud, meet partner and compliance requirements, and help with support.
- Sender data may include name, Telegram account, email, wallet/payment details, transfer amount, destination, and support history.
- Receiver data may include name, claim code, payout method, bank or wallet details, phone/email, and verification data where required.
- We share data with providers, infrastructure partners, compliance vendors, and authorities only where needed for service, safety, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Fees, FX Rates & Payout Disclosure
Before payment, we show the amount to send, the estimated rate, the estimated amount the receiver gets, and any visible fee.
- Quotes are estimates until payment and provider settlement are confirmed.
- Rates, fees, bank charges, and delivery times may change because of market movement, network fees, and provider availability.
- Free-rate data in the bot is currently attributed to ExchangeRate-API where used.
Stablecoin & Transfer Risk Disclosure
Stablecoins are digital assets. They are not bank deposits, may not be government insured, can lose peg value, and blockchain transfers may be irreversible.
- Only send funds when you trust the recipient and understand the transfer details.
- Do not share claim codes publicly. Anyone with a valid code may try to claim.
- Payouts can be delayed or rejected by providers, banks, mobile networks, wallets, or compliance checks.
Complaints & Error Resolution
If something looks wrong, contact support with the claim code, date, amount, sender name, receiver name, payout method, and any payment transaction hash.
- We will acknowledge complaints, investigate available records, and provide an outcome or next step.
- Where a payout partner or bank is involved, resolution may depend on their review process and timelines.
- Do not send sensitive identity documents through public chat unless support specifically asks through a secure channel.
Refunds, Reviews & Test Transfers
New users should start with a small transfer while they learn the flow. Settley Send may review or pause transfers that do not safely match the expected payment details.
- Expired payment links should not be reused; create a new payment link in Telegram.
- Underpayments remain pending until the expected amount is reached through the expected payment path.
- Overpayments, unmatched payments, suspicious activity, or provider issues may require manual review before claim or refund.
- Support may use the payment reference, claim code, transaction hash, amount, and date to recover the claim path or explain the refund route.
AML/CFT Policy
We use risk-based controls to help stop fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, and other prohibited activity.
- We may screen users, wallets, beneficiaries, transactions, payout accounts, and counterparties.
- Suspicious or prohibited activity may be paused, rejected, reported, or escalated to partners or authorities where required.
- A longer draft policy is available here: Settley Send KYC/AML Policy.
KYC, CDD & Onboarding Policy
We may ask senders or receivers for extra information when the amount, country, payout method, partner rules, or risk signals require it. Current over-threshold sender checks are identity review and sanctions screening, not full vendor KYC.
- Basic use may require name and contact details.
- For over-threshold sender review, we may collect legal name, date of birth, country of residence, government ID number fingerprint, uploaded ID evidence, OCR match results, and screening results.
- Higher-risk or higher-value payouts may require additional ID, address, source of funds, purpose, or relationship information through partners or manual review.
- Business users may require KYB checks for company registration, ownership, controllers, and authorization.
Sanctions Compliance Policy
We do not support transfers involving sanctioned people, blocked wallets, prohibited locations, or activity designed to avoid sanctions controls.
- We may screen against sanctions, PEP, adverse media, wallet-risk, and partner watchlists.
- Potential matches may require manual review, additional information, account restriction, rejection, or reporting.
Regulatory Status & Licenses
Settley Send is an early product operated by Settley LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Payments, payouts, off-ramp, wallet, card, or banking services may be provided through third-party partners.
- Do not interpret this page as a claim that Settley Send is licensed, regulated, CBN-approved, SEC-approved, insured, or a bank.
- Supported corridors and payout methods are subject to partner availability and legal review.
